Welcome to IntelliKey. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our iOS keyboard application ("IntelliKey" or "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using IntelliKey, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using IntelliKey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on iOS devices that you own or control
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the AI features provided through the App

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. User Content

By using our AI features, you grant us the right to:

• Process and analyze the content you submit
• Use anonymized data to improve our services
• Store and transmit content as necessary for the App's functionality

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of IntelliKey is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

IntelliKey and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of IntelliKey may require a paid subscription:

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your iOS device settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
